- The Irish Revenue Commissioners, under which we operate betting services for customers in the Republic of Ireland.
- The Government of Gibraltar, regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner under the Gambling Act 2005, for online casino games and fixed-odds betting. As a Gibraltar-based entity, this regulation applies universally, in addition to any other relevant authority based on your location.
These Terms and Conditions are organized into three sections for clarity:

- Part B – Betting Facilities: Relevant if you use our sports or virtual betting services.
- Part C – Gaming Facilities: Applicable if you engage with our online casino games.
PART A – General
1. Understanding These Terms
By creating an account or utilizing our Facilities, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your commitment to adhere to them. If you do not consent to these terms, you should refrain from registering or using our services. Non-compliance may lead to consequences such as account closure, forfeiture of funds, or legal action. Upon acceptance, we will commence providing services immediately, and while you cannot cancel your registration, you may terminate your account as outlined in Section 15. The English version of these terms prevails over translations in case of discrepancies.
2. Legality of Use
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use our Facilities under applicable laws. We may request proof of age, suspending your account until verified. Underage gambling is prohibited, and we may report such incidents to relevant regulators. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws, and we do not offer legal advice. Access may be restricted in certain regions, and usage is at your discretion and risk.
3. Account Registration
To access our Facilities, you must register an account by providing accurate details such as your name, address, email, date of birth, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and updating your information as needed. We assume transactions using correct login details are authorized by you. Contact us if your credentials are lost or compromised.
4. Managing Your Funds
Deposits can be made via approved methods (e.g., debit cards, Apple Pay, Open Banking), subject to limits based on your account history or our discretion. Only personal accounts are accepted; business or credit card deposits are prohibited. Your account currency (GBP for UK, EUR for Ireland) is set at registration, and we may require currency conversion if a supported currency is discontinued. All transactions must use approved currencies and come from sources where you are the named account holder.
5. Withdrawals
You may withdraw funds at any time, provided all deposits are cleared, verification checks are complete, and no restrictions apply. Minimum withdrawal is £10 (or EUR equivalent) unless you’re a British Player, in which case lower amounts may incur a fee after contacting support. Free bets or bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly, but winnings may be, subject to wagering requirements. We may process withdrawals using the same method as deposits.
6. Identity Verification
We require your account name to match your legal identity and payment methods. We conduct ongoing checks to confirm your age, identity, and financial status, using third-party services as needed. You must provide requested documentation (e.g., ID, proof of address), and failure to comply may result in account suspension. Only one account per person is allowed; multiple accounts may be closed.
7. Prohibited Persons
Employees, contractors, and certain relatives of QuinnBet or its affiliates are barred from gambling on our platforms, except as part of their job duties.
8. Using the Facilities
We may alter or suspend services at our discretion with notice via email. Bets are accepted only through our platforms, and we prohibit cheating or fraud. Chat features may be moderated, and content you submit (excluding personal data) becomes our property. Services are for personal use only, and we may cooperate with authorities regarding illegal activities.
9. Safer Gambling

10. Self-Exclusion
You may self-exclude for six months or longer by contacting support or using account settings. We aim to enforce exclusions but are not liable if you bypass them. Post-exclusion, your account remains closed for at least seven years unless you request reactivation.
11. Promotions and Bonuses
Offers come with specific terms, limited to one per person/household. Bonus funds are for betting only and cannot be withdrawn unless specified. We may modify or cancel promotions, ensuring fairness where qualifying bets are affected.
12. Dormant Accounts
Accounts unused for 365 days become dormant. We’ll attempt to return your balance and may charge a £3 monthly fee after 30 days if unsuccessful, until the balance is zero or you reactivate your account.
13. Prohibited Activities
We ban actions like account misuse, fraud, collusion, or exploiting errors. Violations may lead to voided transactions, withheld funds, or account closure. Report suspected issues immediately.
14. Errors
Notify us of any account or betting errors. We may correct errors by adjusting balances or voiding bets, and you must not exploit them.
15. Account Closure
You may close your account by withdrawing funds and contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or suspicious activity, potentially withholding funds if unlawful conduct is suspected.
16. Liability Limits
Your use of our services is at your risk. We’re not liable for technical failures, errors, or unauthorized access, except where caused by our negligence. Maximum liability is capped at £2,000 or the stake amount, excluding indirect losses.
17. Customer Support and Complaints

26. Maximum Winnings
Daily winnings are capped at £/€250,000, subject to event-specific limits.
27. Non-Runners
Stakes are refunded for withdrawals before an event, except ante-post bets.
28. Event Cancellations
Bets may be voided if events aren’t completed timely, per specific rules or governing body decisions.
29. Rigging
We may void bets if event manipulation is suspected.
30. Dead Heats
Stakes are split among tied participants, adjusting payouts.
31. Ante-Post Betting
Bets stand if selections participate; stakes are lost otherwise, with specific settlement terms.
32. Suspicious Betting
We may investigate and void bets showing unusual patterns or insider knowledge.
33. Cash Out

35. Free Bets
